Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience, and be familiar with preparing financial reports, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Tally, payroll and reconciling invoices. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other financial documents
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial data
Monitor and analyze financial performance, variances, and trends
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST and TDS
Prepare and file periodic tax returns and reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax consultants
Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements:
Proficiency with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Tally
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional accounting qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
