Associate, Client Servicing (Immediate Joiner)

Role Purpose

To manage day-to-day client coordination for ScaleUp accounts and ensure timely delivery of agreed scope requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on requirements, approvals and feedback

• Maintain monthly content calendars and delivery timelines

• Coordinate with internal content, design, social media and video teams

• Track deliverables and ensure timely completion

• Manage routine client communication and follow-ups

• Ensure work remains within the agreed scope

• Assist with monthly reports and account updates

• Escalate client issues, additional requirements or scope changes to the reporting manager

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic understanding of social media and digital content

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Good attention to detail

• Comfortable working with creative teams

Preferred

• 0–1 years of experience in client servicing, social media or digital marketing

• Immediate joiner preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered
